Pricing
We charge $350 Dollars for any Forcible Detainer/ Eviction actions within Maricopa County. The price does not include the 50 dollar filing fee or 40 dollars for process serving. Gas charges may apply to evictions that are more than 20 miles from our office.
We give discounts to large landlords that need multiple forcible detainer actions filed at a time.
The price does not include obtaining a writ of restitution.
Our preferred method of communicating and evicting tenants is via email, phone, and fax. To start the eviction process on your tenant please contact our office and send us a copy of the lease, 5 day notice, a short description of why you are evicting them, and an itemized accounting of the money they owe you.
