Almost all of our family law cases are 3,500 dollars flat or less!
You are likely dealing with one of the most difficult times in your life. Navigating the emotional, legal, and financial aspects of your particular situation is challenging, and you don’t have to go through this time alone.
Our clients work closely with our attorneys to achieve their Family Law goals. We review your individual situation, explain the legal process and your options, and strive to meet your goals.
A major consideration in hiring representation is cost. Malkin & Associates charges affordable flat fees. Our office charges flat rates with no hidden fees. The benefits to flat rates are that no matter how many hours are attorneys work on your case, you will only be charges the agreed upon flat rate. Flat rates encourage efficiency on the part of our attorneys, as delays and extra hours do not benefit our office. Other law firms require a “Retainer” which is generally a large sum of money that the attorneys pay themselves with according to the amount of hours that are worked on your case. With attorneys hourly rates being higher than $250.00 the retainer is exhausted quickly and they continue to bill you after the retainer is gone. With Malkin & Associates you know what your final bill will be before you hire us. If we do more work than we anticipated we would we will bear the brunt not you.
At Malkin & Associates, fees range from $800.00 flat to $4,850.00 flat, depending on what type of legal situation you have. Most cases range in price from 2,500 dollars flat to 4,500 dollars flat. We provide this information during your free consultation so that you will have the information you need to make the right decision about your legal representation.
We will work to obtain your individual Family Law goals.
Payment plans are available. In most cases we ask for 40%-50% down with monthly payments until your paid in full. We are very flexible and all you need is ask and we would be more than happy to explain your options.
